Starting 28th September 2017, the low-cost carrier Norwegian will begin flying long-haul non-stop flights between Singapore’s Changi Airport and London Gatwick. The new route was announced as per of Norwegian’s wider UK growth plans and is only the first in many long-haul routes to take off under the Norwegian’s new UK Subsidiary.
There will be four scheduled flights a week – five times a week during northern winter – serviced by Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. As of now, fares start from £179.90 (US$230.70) for economy cabin and £699.90 (US$897.5) for premium cabin one way.
